Dr Lynda Spann is a wonderful psychologist as well as a person of much knowledge. I always felt like a person/client and not another chart and check. She is the best therapist I have ever met, by far. She's understanding, helpful, resourceful, determined to help you, help yourself. She's easy to talk to, the only person who has ever understood me. Respectful, kind, and doesn't judge you. Her skills and years of practice can be life changing. It depends on you as a patient to be willing to get help. It was easy to always be completely honest, at first it took me some time because of my trust issues. She is very trustworthy. She listens carefully to you and gives you the best advice. It's up to you as a patient to choose to take her advice or not. I literally could tell her anything and everything without feeling judged or ever being put down. We all make mistakes. I recommend her to any and every person wanting/needing help. She is an honest person and always with a kind, welcoming smile. She is very professional and dedicated to helping everyone make that change. And always at your own pace, never pushes/forces you, but encourages you to move forward. She gives you the tools/skills to accomplish your goals/needs. Appointments are easily scheduled and is always prompt to take her patients back on time and returns phone calls. Overall I am completely satisfied with my therapy sessions and there is not one bad thing i could say about her. She's awesome. If you have read this entirely, I appreciate your time.
