We live in Colorado and have a daughter starting as a freshman at BYU. She has been seeing a dermatologist for four months in Denver and we were referred to Dr. Stone's office for her to complete the remaining two months of her medication. We flew to Provo to complete all the paperwork in Dr. Ston'es office to insure that she was ready to go, and set the next month's appointment for her. When she arrived the following month, they had no paperwork for her, and required her to fill out everything again. They then sent her to the hospital for bloodwork. The hospital told her that they couldn't do it and sent her to LabCorp in Springville. We called the office from Colorado and were told that the office's policies were different from what's legally required for her to receive her medication. After 3 weeks of getting the runaround and our daugther's medication having run out without being able to get a refill perscription from Dr. Stone's office, we're having to find a new doctor. Do yourself a favor and don't waste your time with this doctor and his office.

Dr. Stone will bill you $25 if you cancel your appointment. We cancelled a day in advance. He won't work with you and will attempt to send you to collections. We have had to wait more than an hour for him at prior appointments. He would rather us bill our insurance company for something not necessary than loose an appointment. Seems a little greedy and dishonest.
