I have never experienced worse customer service any where. If I could give a negative review I would. I proved that they messed up, even have the receipts and everything. They replaced the same part twice within a year for no reason. Its still under warranty and they are still trying to do everything they can to not refund me. A multi million dollar company squabbling over a couple hundred dollars.the provo manager even started to tell at me in front of other customers in the store and I could go on. . . .

I like shopping for appliances at Sears, but that is about all.
