I usw to use them alot however this is my second experience with them in a row that has been a complete joke. The replaced the rack in my van then the pump went out a week later and i then had them replace that. Well the new pump lasted a month or so then went out again. Now they are aaying i never got the work done from them after i had them check before i even scheduled to drop off the car and they verified that they had done the work and that the rack and the pump are warranteed. Repeat this is the second time something like this has happend. If you are a professional and your time is worth something do not use this shop.

As always Steve did a great job with the car. The office staff was exceptional and kept me apprised with all steps along the way. I come all the way from Evanston WY to get my car serviced here.

I gotta admit I'm a little hesitant when an auto shop has to put "Honest" in their business name but this shop is really great. It's a family owned business and I found them to be genuinely nice and authentic. They even stayed a little past closing hours on a Saturday to get me in for a safety and emissions inspection. And I love their on the spot renewal so I don't have to go to the DMV. Also love the clean bathrooms and spacious waiting room with really comfy leather seats. Would definitely recommend them.

Honest One, Thank you so very much for checking my charging system for free when I thought the starter was bad, and for letting me know my battery was bad. I especially appreciate you waiving the diagnostic fee for me. I have been unable to work the last few months due to health problems and surgeries, so with me being with no money it truly meant the world to me right now. I sincerely appreciate all the hard work you do and will recommend you to friends and family.

I wish I could rate them as 0 stars. They say they are honest, yet try to sell you services that you don't need and try to charge you for work they didn't do. Will never return ever again.
