The Flower Patch is great! I always go to the West Jordan one and they always exceed expectations and are very helpful. And they are reliable even on crazy days like Valentines.

I will NEVER use them again. All the arrangements I ordered they guaranteed to be delivered 2/14, they're just delivering 2/15. I got email confirmation at 11pm last night that they tried to deliver them to work addresses at 6:45pm, and 3pm with the comment that they could not deliver as no one was HOME. but it doesn't stop there, then they put all three messages on one card for three separate orders. Including the numbers of 1. 2. and 3. that separated the messages. And then they delivered the wrong arrangement for one order so they are going to have to go back today and trade it out, & to top it off to call & get them to fix it & find out what the hell is going on with it from India probably cost my phone bill an extra $50, it's $1.99 a minute. I've already called them once and spent quiet a bit of time getting things straightened out or so I thought until they were deliver wrong today. I know I'm not the only one with a messed up order my brother didn't get his delivered 2/14 either

I called for an occasion that was a little awkward. They knew exactly how to handle the situation with care and on top of that I had no idea what to send. They asked questions about the recipient so as to get a better feel for the individual and by the time we finished talking they had pulled something together that I felt totally fit the individual. The person I had them delivered to later told me they lasted just over 2 weeks, which I thought was impossible! They were also able to make a special exception and get them delivered in less time than they usually guarantee. I feel like this store cares about the individual, which as a guy I appreciate!

i have always called the Flower Patch for all my delivery floral needs in ut. I live in los angels, and send flowers frequently to my many family members here, as does my brother who is located in D.C.. My experience in the past has always been positive and I have also had several of my other 6 bros., who live locally, use the same florest. The arrangements are creative and give good bang for the buck. My bro sent flowers to my mother for her birthday on the 24th of july and the flowers started to disintigrate after the first day. we change the water daily, and add the flower food each time, and have had great luck in the past. This arrangement was equally lovely, but an over use of greenery, and very few actual flowers. Every flower in the arrangement has either fallen off or dried out, and that is very unusual for this particular shop, as our past experience has always been so positive. We were really disappointed. We still have an arrangement that was sent 2 weeks ago,
