Yes, Ralph can be a little Quirky. That said you can't beat his prices and honesty. He's not ngoing to help you make an internet purchase but he has taken good care of me and my family for for electronic needs for over 25 years. He isn't still in business all these years just by accident. Have recommended him to many friends.

Absolutely the worst customer service. I was talking with Ralph and I asked what brand of keyless entry they would be installing and he would not tell me the brand, I asked again and he hung up on me. I called back and he said he "didn't have the energy to deal with me." Do not use these guys. Terrible customer service, does not understand what a business is.
