Thomas Badway was a friend of my boyfriends, I used his office for a personal injury case, I was told to come and sign papers, that I would be receiving a check for 1200$. I signed the paper and was told the check would be in, in a couple of weeks. About a month later I called my boyfriend(who was now my ex) and asked if he'd heard anything. He said no. I just found out that the office had given my ex the check and he forged my name and cashed it. I never gave permission for anyone but me to pick up my check. I am trying to get my money but may have to sue Attorney Badway.
