I think there are better agencies out there.

Let me just say my first and only experience with Monroe was awful. I inquired about a position before sending in my resume and my email went unanswered for quite some time. Upon prodding, I received no apology for the delay and a dimwitted response from an employee who clearly could care less if her boss was notified of her unprofessional demeanor. Perhaps it is tolerated. Most of these staffing firms are filled with staff that could never "cut it' in a corporate environment. I would have forwarded my complaint to senior mgmt. but this poor girl needs this job more than I need to vent. With the marketplace cluttered with temp/staffing agencies and with the 'staffing specialists" (i.e. sales reps) caring only about quotas, you'd think my inquiry would have turned into some commission opportunity but I digress.
