We have been trying to renew our home owners and windstorm for two months now. They have a new computer system and are totally lost. We can't get a firm quote, they say we don't need an inspection, then they say we do need an inspection. They give us varying values for the home depending on who we talk with. We just found out that there has to be a home inspection but they can't tell us when it will be ... and or policy expires in 8 days. What a mess. Nationwide may be OK, but don't go with the agent.
