I was at the New Balance store on Sat they were busy, but we got the same great service as other visits. My wife and I got our new spring stuff to run now just got get going. They also went out of their way to order apair of sneaks that I had been looking for try to talk to someone on the internet about a shoe they dont have just little more help from a local store

Bought my first pair of New Balance shoes (846s) today. The service could not be better. Taylor took the time to measure my feet and answer all my questions. This added attention to detail has made me a future return customer. The fit of this shoe is awesome as well. I'm glad my doctor recommended this shoe company and this shoe store.

I went to this store because my podiatrist gave them as 1 recommendation. This was after going to a local family store in Hamilton that I have bought dress shoes. What a difference the new balancestaff treated me like my DR wanted right shoe, right fit the other store didnt care they just wanted me to stop asking questions and buy anything
