I had a family member pass away on may 24 2013,so myself and my wife were not going to be able to make it, so we decided to send flowers and that at lease we would be able to be represented with these flowers in our absence,Well when my wifeplaced the order for the flowers the location for the flowers delivery was at the NotreDame Catholic church at 2:00 pm on June 1 2013,and she askedif the flowers were going to be able to be delivered there on time and the florist said yes!,well then the time and place for the memorial service was changed from the Notre Dame Church to the New hope center which is Kitty corner from the Catholic church, and the time was changed to 10:00 am on june 1 2013, So my wife called Price floral to inform them of the changes and asked if they would be able to make the delivery there and on time and they told her absolutely ,yes,,She then asked if they new where the new hope center was they said yes,she then proceded to explain to themwhere it is(actually only 3 blocks away from Pice floral)they (Erik) told her they new exactly where the place was and they would make the delivery,So I felt relieved that at least if we are unable to make the memorial services at least the relation that would be there would know that mywife and i did not forget about my causin,They would know that by the flowers there in our abscencewe had to be out of town and on the june first at 10:00am my causin was in my thoughts and I felt bad because of circumstances we were unable to attend, but to some degree felt a little better knowing that our flowers were there and would be seen from all the other relation there that we had not forgot about her,Well we returned home on June 7 2013 form our trip and on our answering mechine there is a voice mail from the florist saying they did not deliver the flowers,they said that they did not know where the new hope center was and that they were unsure of the time that they were supposed to make the delivery,(again the new hope center is only 3 blocks away from their shop)What?????,they did not know where the new hope center is?????,,,,,this is very,very,very very poor business, so needless to say my wifecalled them and then she asked them what happened and they said that they were unsure where the place was (again 3 blocks away) and what time they were supposed to be there.(remember conformation was made on place of delivery and time for them to be deliverd)so then Ihad to call them back and make my feelings known,,,I talked with a clerk there and let her know all about the situation and she listened to met then she gladly gave the phone to the manager or owner (not sure)to let her know about everything that happened and that this is very,very,very, poor business and that I was not sure they had some kind of evaluations done at there place of business or if they worked with a reprimand system there but if they did not have one in place that they should definetly establish one and that there should be steps taken for the actions that were not delivered in this order,so my adivice to anyone that has flowers to be ordered and delivered in the Price Utah area,and you are concidering Price floral to be the one's to make the delivery and on time,,,,well you rethink that,,,,,,,my advice is NO WAY!.i mean they only had to make the delivery only 3 blocks away......,and they were unable to!Good Luck and there are a number of other florists in the Price Utah area,,USE THEM!
