Pizza Hut - Closed

my husband and i were traveling through Claendon, Texas and stopped at the PizzaHut there 810 W. 2nd St.; we enered at 7:00 p.m. it took 10 minutes to get out menu and drink order in. there were about 22 patrons and noone was eating , yet. i went to saladbar and everything was frozen. mentioned it towaiter and his response was "that thing does that ." i suggeste fresh veggies ...his response was "i'd rather havethem complain that it i too cold than wilted " ! the cherry tomatoes were frozen solid! Twenty five minutes later only the 7 older lades had been served and that was 2 at a time..... i asked the people near us how long they had been waiting and they said an hour. then a man camein to pick up his called in order and was told it would be about an hour and 15 mins. we got up asked how much longer and they said "oh , about 15 mins." we said " i don't think so , these people were all in here before us and they have been waiting for an hour .... w left and went to another place ...

I have always loved pizza hut the last 4 times I have been there with my family I was very diappointed in the buffet the food was not appealing there was little of it this was the pizza Hut on Empire Blvd. in rochester NY . Also I would like to know how you weigh the pasta dishes that it not 3 lbs. of macroni.I would appreciate letting me know how you weigh it.? Thank you for your time Carol Murray
