This place is one of the best places I've ever boarded and did lessons / training at. I came here with my crackhead of a 3 yearold poa that was pushy and didn't have a whole lot of training on him. And now I have a respectful little pony that I feel comfortable and safe on.

Janda welcomed me and Dakota with open arms and bent over backwards to help us achieve our goals. Shes walked me through everything from the first day he got to the barn, to the first time he had a saddle on, to his first ride, and everything after. I wouldn't have done it without Janda.

The horses are well taken care 24/7. They do have shelters and there's always an open stall ready for them incase anything would happen, or if the weather is really bad.

There are rules, just like with any barn. However its pretty simple. The doors can be open when the weather nice, however when it's freezing out, she wants the doors closed so the heat doesn't escape and so her pipes dont freeze, when no one's in the barn or indoor arena she asks you to turn off the lights. Also if you bring a friend that wants to ride, just have them sign a waver. Super easy!

Lastly the people that board here are the most selfless and caring people I've ever met. They've helped me through many obstacles, and are always there for me when I call them.

All in all I'd give 10 stars if I could. Janda is an amazing trainer and owner, and all the boarders are amazing. It really turned into a second home for me and I'm truly going to miss this place.

So far, this is my favorite place to board! Wonderful management, safe environment, friendly and welcoming, which as an equestrian of color this means so much to me! After 40 yrs in the horse world, I have found my home!!!!! My girls are thriving!

Very clean nice facility to STORE your horse but not very welcoming to boarders who actually WANT to spend time with their horses on a daily or frequent basis. Absentee and weekend boarders seem to be preferred. Be prepared to follow a long and VERY strict set of rules, along with a very controlling owner/manager (who doesn't hesitate to wave her contract and rules in your face if you question anything). Don't plan on using the barn or arena lights (this is heavily frowned on) so get used to working in the dark dimness of the barn and arena. And opening arena doors on a nice day for fresh air and sunshine? Forget about it! Heavily frowned on again because of whatever reasons she has. Work in the dim, low light that seeps in and don't turn those lights on! Owner takes it upon herself to worm your horse every few months (instead of letting you do it yourself and keep your own schedule. I don't like injecting my horses with poison every few months but it's "required" here). She'll just go ahead to take it upon herself and do this with or without your consent. Didn't like this AT ALL!! It's MY horse! And there are a handful of trails around the immediate farm but you have to cross a busy highway to get to the rest which are on the other side. Be prepared for your horses to stand outside in the elements 24/7 as there are NO shelters for them. The only shelter is in the "senior" pasture. Bring blankets but plan to blanket them yourself otherwise you pay a fee for it. Sure, not much drama because there's only as handful of boarders. I was here for several months and it was ok, but it wasn't a 100% comfortable and relaxing place to be. There always seemed to be an underlying tension and I felt like I was there too frequently (every other day). So I tried to just avoid working inside the (dark) barn altogether and would tie my horse outside of it and in the daylight. And forget about bringing guests! They are NOT made to feel welcome. Every person I brought out there with me commented on how unfriendly the owner was after the fact. Owner/Manager is generally nice but can be rude and uptight.
And if you give notice to move to another barn? Be prepared to be treated very indifferently and like a criminal for doing so. I couldn't wait to leave when a spot opened up at another farm. Whew! Much happier and less stressed now!

All in all, it's a bit of a 'cliquey' stable. If you're not part of that 'clique' then you're not. BUT....if you want a place to park your horse and not see them for a months then this is a perfect place. On the other hand, if you want to visit them daily and enjoy your horse, find another place.

I bought my first horse with the help of the stable owner who found and came with to see him. I had a wonderful seven years with him at this stable, excellent care! Now I just bought my second gelding that again she took the day to go four hours one way with me just to look at him, in which I ended up getting him. I have loved the care and help I have recieved and owe her alot! Couldn't be happier here with all the facilities that are available to a boarder. I have been to many a stables in my horse experience and this is one of the best. Highly recommend keeping your horse pal here! If you have had a problem with this place trust me, you did something really wrong!

Great place to board! Nice people and lots of riding right out of the barn. Brought my horse in as a 2 year old and had 3 months of training put on her. Excellent training - she is now 7 and a great horse. Very happy with this (low drama) boarding facility.
