Mike is a great communicator and the results of our whole house carpet cleaning was better than we could have hoped for. We have used this business for many years and found it superior in every way - other carpet cleaners in Prescott were more expensive and left product in the carpet. Mike is so honest and really does want to please his customers - he goes out of his way to make sure you are happy. We only wish we had found him sooner.

First he went over all our floor problems and told us how he planned to address them. Then he gave us a "complete " quote for the work we needed done which was actually less that we expected.He then complete the work in a very professional way and did a marvelous cleaning job on our floors. His equipment is first class! Since we were previous contractors all our lives "trust me" we know the games well some contractors pull. Mikes the BEST!

My wife and I were planning to replace our old carpet which no other carpet cleaning co. has been able to get clean. We tried Mike's On The Spot based on the excellent reviews. The carpets in one of our rental homes was in horrible shape after the renter moved out. Mike went out of his way to meet our needs regarding timing. He did a magnificent job in both homes, and did not charge nearly what another company would have for the amount of time he put in. He definitely offers value. He is also one of the nicest contractors we have ever worked with and puts out a tremendous effort to ensure the customer is pleased with his service.

I was moving out of a house and called Mike to come and clean the carpets and tile. Neither were clean when I moved in. Mike did miracles with the white carpet, and the tile (which had some kind of sealer on it that didn't work well) and grout sparkled when he was done. I would definitely recommend him and his service.

WOW Mike... I couldn't believe how great the carpets tourned out. I was a truckdriver and wasn't home much and let the carpet go without cleaning for over 10 years. Spots from spills, dirt and grease. The carpet went from dard tan back to the "look like new" lite tan.I would recommend Mike to all my friends and relitives.
