I have known James Todd for over 20 years. I hired Jim in 1987 to run the electronics service department in Show Low. I thought I was a good tech, but Jim's training and experience far exceeded my expectations. He was a walking talking Electronics genius. He could troubleshoot almost anything. His design experience also gave my business the edge over the competition. If you ever have any questions about electronic equipment, go directly to Mr James Todd, and he will have the answer, My only disappointment is that Jim is no longer in Show Low. Prescott is very fortunate to have this individual providing quality electronics service to the area.

It is rare to find a company who still treats their customer's like people, and this is one of those companys. I brought a TV into their shop and they had informed me it would take up to two weeks, which it did, but they kept me up to date on the repairs and part orders and made me feel like I mattered as a customer. I was ok with the wait as the job was done right and my TV works great. THANK YOU SOOO MUCH for your excellent customer service!

Took my DVD player in for repair and was worried that it would cost more to repair than a new one but pleasently surprised and happy. They did the work in the time limit they said they would and the unit works like it was new. Thanks and great job. Would use them again.

I took my television in and they told me it would be two weeks, which it was, but they were upfront and honest, informed me of the repair every step of the way and gave an extremely fair and honet price. My TV went out a few days before I was expecting my family in for a famil reunion, they came out to my house the same day and got my TV back up in a running in a few hours! The staff was very friendly, courteous, and professional. They just made me feel like they cared about my situation and were prompt, effiecient, and even taught me a lot of things I never even knew about my television. The technician took the time to sit and go through them with me. Thank you to the staff in the office and the technician for being so wonderful, helpful and amazing for me!!!

I took our television to Arizona TV Worx because of the positive reviews I had read online, however, my experience with them was anything but positive--I would never recommend taking your television to Arizona TV Worx for repair.When I first took my television in to be repaired, I was told that there was a 2 week wait just to get an estimate. I was leaving on vacation so I figured it wasn't a big deal. Two weeks came and went and I didn't receive a phone call, so I called them to find out if they had determined the issue and receive an estimate. They told me they would call me the next day, but I never received a call. I called them back the day after that and they gave me an estimate. I gave them the go-ahead and they repaired my television. After getting the television home, we noticed that they had over tightened one of the screws that attached the back of the television to the front and the screw had actually punctured through the front bezel.
