Provided by YP.comBUYER BEWARE!! I have NEVER ran into such a crappy auction, company! Did an ONLINE auction , talked with the owner PRIOR and owner claimed item was in good condition and worked well. We kept getting bid up and later found out that it was the OWNER bidding us up. We did not get it bought thru the auction because we kept getting out bid. About a week later we did contact the seller and go up to purchase the item with cash. It was COMPLETE CRAP, ABSOLUTELY NOT in the condition that it was represented to be in. We did not buy it. I just called hansen & young to make them AWARE of the issues with the item HOW it was REPRESENTED for the auction and about being bid up by the owner. I DID NOT feel it was GOOD BUSINESS practices to have ONLINE auctions for misrepresented items and asked what they would have done. THE guy GOT VERY defensive and all he was worried,about was the fact that we tried to buy item AFTER we got outbid. ( BY THE OWNER ) and he WASNT GETTING HIS COMMISSION !! THEY DO NOT seem to have ANY INTEREST what so ever ever in the PROTECTING THE BUYER!! which is REALLY SAD since this was an ONLINE auction and not everyone can go look at stuff prior to the auction. They take the auctioneer and seller at their word.
DEFINITELY RECOMMEND TO STAY AWAY FROM ANY OF THEIR ONLINE AUCTIONS OR TAKE THE TIME TO GO IN PERSON AND INSPECT BEFORE YOU BUY AND THROW YOUR MONEY AWAY

This is the entire title & description: "GMC Cab Over Grain Truck - Cummins 855 engine; roll tarp; 484336 mi showing; split opening rear gate;" That is what we knew about the item. We did not mention anything of the item's condition. It was the owner stating that. As part of our terms we encourage inspection before bidding: "You are responsible for your own inspection during inspection periods." In this case, that is why there was a contact number so inspection could be by appointment. We appreciate that you let us know that the seller was bidding up the item as we do not condone that. Our auctioneer stated the reality that we didn't misrepresent this item & that since you didn't buy this item through our auction process, there is little we can do about it except change our working relationship with this seller.
