Austin was amazing in helping diagnose a blockage in our sewer/septic system. He explained every part of the process, didn't try to sell any unnecessary products, and got the job done right the first time. He talked us through possible problems before he came out, and made time in his schedule to take care of a genuine emergency. I can't say enough about West Side Plumbing. We'll definitely be using them for all of our plumbing needs from here on out. They are true professionals.

My sewage drain had a RIDICULOUS blockage...another company quoted me well over 5k to get everything up and running and informed me that they wouldnt be able to come out for at least 4 days. Austin and Tom from West Sound Plumbing came over THE SAME DAY that I called, and even though we had a few hiccups, they had me up and running EVEN ON THE WEEKEND. I cannot say enough great things about how friendly, professional and kind these guys are. They completed the job quickly and efficiently. I will continue to call them any time I have any plumbing issues. Thank you SO MUCH West Sound Plumbing! It feels great to be able to shower again.

Austin of West Sound Plumbing arrived at the scheduled time and quickly located and repaired the plumbing leak we had in our ceiling. The cost for the repair was very reasonable and he even provided a recommendation of someone to repair and repaint the drywall. We were very satisfied with the service and would not hesitate to use West Sound Plumbing again.

I wanted to convert from an electric cook top to a gas one. Austin came on a Friday and gave me a written quote. He came back the following Tuesday to run a gas line to the kitchen, convert the cook top for liquid propane use, and test everything. Throughout the process, he was prompt, efficient, and thoroughly professional. I chose him because I prefer to do business with local companies. Next time I have a plumbing problem, I'll call him because he is good at what he does.

We needed a plumber (on a Sunday) because water was backing up in our shower. After trying the simple things ourselves, I looked online for companies that provided emergency service. West Sound had some great reviews so that's who we chose to call. Austin answered, listened, and said he would help us. He was upfront about weekend costs, and he was at our door as soon as he could get there. He worked on our "clog" until he successfully managed to break through it. He was professional, friendly, and persistent at solving our problem. I wouldn't hesitate to call this company again. Thanks again, Austin!

We called Austin when we noticed water leaking from the ceiling under the upstairs bathroom. He was upfront about the cost (it was a Saturday and that meant time and half) and was able to come to the house in under an hour. He took a look and then again, gave us the option to wait until Monday to cut the cost. We asked him to stay and he was very efficient and quick in diagnosing our problem. He was straight forward and didn't try to play any games or waste our time. We are so grateful for his incredible work and putting our minds at ease. He will certainly be the plumber we call, and refer our friends to, for any plumbing needs. We are extremely satisfied with his work!

I called the phone on his website [not the same as shown here] and his message included a cell number to call for emergency. I called and he gave me information to fix the toilet supply valve myself. I asked him to come anyway and he did in an hour. Even called me when he was delayed. Very satisfied

Austin responded within a few hours of my first email. He scheduled an appointment promptly. He showed up on time, and he was professional and courteous. Austin made recommendations for improvements to my on demand hot water system. Then, when he analyzed the gas flow, he determined an upgrade was not needed. He made this service call easy, and I know who to call the next time.
