Trust your first impression. I kick myself for not! I left my 100 lb. GSD there for the weekend, advised that I'd be there to pickup Monday around 1:00 p.m. I left his fave blanket with them, one that he has NEVER soiled when in a crate.I returned at 1 on Monday to a ruined blanket and my dog smelled horrible. I pointed this out to the worker, and she said that he must have had an "accident" I was very disappointed. Further, she told me I owed an extra day because I did not pick up by ten. I pointed out that she quoted me a price when I dropped off, and that she knew what time I planned on picking up. Her response was "pick up times are posted" and pointed to an index card with sharpie written text. This was mixed among a family of index cards with various scribble.Like I said before, my bad in that I should have trusted my first impression. It's too bad, because with a few days worth of clean up and touch up paint, and if the trailer next to the kennel was well kept AND they would take care of the animals, they could command a higher price and would have a lot of return customers.The money I saved on kennel fees was for not as I had to get my dog a bath & a new blanket.
