I transfered back to this area from out of state, my car had previously been lic in Washington state, but the lady behind the counter told me I needed a copy of my title from the lien holder. No problem, onther day another trip back to JRO inc. I called lien holder and they check car still registered in Wash, no problem just tell her it's all good in the system. Back to tthe counter, she insists she needs a copy of title....she was unwilling to help,unfriendly and not willing to go the extra for the customer. I went to Silverdale old town and in 15 min had everything I needed. So my advice go to Silverdale.
