My husband could not get his lab work done because of the rude treatment of the staff. A fax was sent from the doctor’s office but this staff person sent him away without checking the computer since he had no papers in hand. He is going to try again after being assured the lab orders have been sent. Since this was very early, maybe this employee needs a later shift or a job where she doesn’t have to deal with people!
