BEWARE! We used Lazer Limo for our wedding on June 3rd. The limo was scheduled to pick my husband and I up after the reception and transport us 6 miles to Hyatt Place in King of Prussia. My husband and I had both been drinking all night, hence why we planned ahead and got the limo. The driver pulled up to the hotel and let us out. We wandered inside, only to realize the driver had dropped us off at EXTENDED STAY in KOP and not HYATT PLACE. The driver had already left and no one at the limo company answered the phone. My husband and I then had to walk up the street (I was still in my wedding dress) carrying our belongings. As we started to enter the Hyatt parking lot the driver came speeding back down the road and insisted we get back in the limo so he could escort us the remaining three feet to the door. I refused, as I was so annoyed at what had just happened. We paid $400 for our limo for that day and tipped the driver $80. I contacted Lazer Limo first thing on the 4th and was told that because nothing else went wrong that day with my morning transport or my fathers transports, they would do nothing to rectify the fact that they dropped the BRIDE AND GROOM off at the wrong hotel after the wedding. I have asked numerous times to speak to management and I've been ignored. I do not get responses to my phone calls or my emails. This place is so unprofessional, I would NEVER recommend them again to anyone.
