After several bad experiences at some other groom shops in Post Falls, we took our Wheaton Terrier "Phoebe" to K9 Cottage. When we got there we were greeted by Pat. Phoebe ran right up and Pat leaned down and gave our Phoebe a big hug and kiss! Pat suggested that we let Phoebe check out the yard in case she has to go potty. As Phoebe was doing this an adorable Pomeranian "Roxy" who lives there came outside, the 2 dogs had a blast playing and chasing each other! After we got the paperwork done and specified how we like Phoebe groomed, we got a call in about 3 hours that she was done. I can say this was the best groom Phoebe has ever had! The nice thing is, they are open Saturdays, we work M-F. We now have a standing 6 week appointment for Phoebe. The other gals were friendly and you could tell they truly care for the dogs. We will never go anywhere for grooming again! Great shop!
