I went to M & C Audio sistems in order to have my new radio installed in my car.

The owner was the one who served me, and when I asked him about the chances of the service works well, he said to me that the only thing that he could assure me, was that the radio would not JUMP out of the dashboard...

What a mean way to deal with a customer.
