The worst in Portland

I go to several Portland post offices in Portland for my mail order business and this one is the absolute worst. The clerks are mostly okay but it's the management. Twice this week alone customers have shouted from the long lines in the lobby for help but the management does nothing. The clerks, several of them, complain that the management doesn't care about service and even sits in the back and laughs at the long lines.
