Customer service guy measured with own measure and still gave me the wrong beam and parts.
Drove 100 miles back to them and still wouldn't make there own mistake right.

I ordered a boat trailer axel, & if you ever needed one before you need to know a lot of different measurements. I pull mine out and brought it to them ( so there were no mistakes) was told 4-6 weeks delivery time. At 5 weeks with no contact from six robblies I started calling . They told me maybe next week this went on for 3 more weeks until they finally said oh ya that's been here for a couple days come get it. When I show up it didn't look correct & when I got home confirmed it was incorrect. talking with a fab shop they could modify the new axel for about $100 however six robblies would rather have a special order axel sitting in there inventory with no customer then issue a discount good enough to have this one corrected.So if you want the poor communication, a long wait for the wrong part use these guys. The sales man Darrell has no empathy & could care less if you get to you your boat or not.Hey Darrell this dosent fit correctly...Quote from Darrell" oh ya that's the difference between the mafactures." Really? if you knew it was going to be different why the f@#k did you order it & not give any warning! I was expecting a bolt in axel. That's why I brought mine in to get an exact match. I will not be back.
