Established in 1946 and incorporated in 1947, Simplex mfg. designs, manufactures and certificates aerial application systems for helicopters. The firm makes available a wide range of products from companies, such as Augusta, Bell, Boeing, Eurocopter, Hiller, Hughes/md, Kamov, Kawasaki, Kazan, Robinson and M.A.F.F.S., to name a few. It serves the military, forest service, oil companies, governments, fire departments and large/small operators throughout the world. Simplex mfg. exports 70 percent of its manufactured systems through over 25 dealers located worldwide.
