The people at Rose City RV, Robert, KD, and staff, provided a service that was, in my opinion OUTSTANDING!!! I was in a jam with a short timeframe and they helped me out. When I did not make my appointment due to the fact that one of the tires and bearings came off and I broke the back window on my way to the appointment, they still accommodated me and got everything fixed on my list to our satisfaction. I would highly recommend this business to anyone looking for RV service. They really make you feel at home and are very personable people. I have tried other places for service, but not anymore. GOOD job you guys.

These are truly the nicest, most helpful and knowledgeable people in the RV industry. (Especially Robert). We rolled in from out of state en route to distant lands,with big problems. Although they had an extremely packed schedule, they realized we were in a bind and took the time to help us saving our vacation. Honesty, not only was this customer service that I have not experience in a looong time but it was genuine.
