Really quite astounding.
I called from California to simply find out WHY I received an erroneous piece of art from this store. FIVE calls later...nothing. I thought it might had ben a mistake and wanted to return the famed art asap. I later found out that it was indeed a GIFT for me. But really unbelievable that NO ONE would call me back. What kind of service is that It would concern me to do business with a company that cant return a call ...after FIVE attempts.
