I just started services with Denisse and cleaners and I was so impressed with the initial cleaning. I am so happy to have found this company. Thank you!

We use Mess Maid Right on a bi-weekly basis for our home in Lake Oswego. They provide consistent service, quality cleaning at fair prices. They have never missed an appointment and are prompt to solve issues if they arise. The cleaners are courteous and friendly. We are very satisfied with their services.

Very disappointing customer service. I purchased a 3 hour cleaning through Groupon Immediately after they left we noticed they had permanently damaged our wood floors with a deep, thick scratch that completely removed the dark stain and left a jagged edge. They offered a free wax (as a way to reduce the appearance), but only if we signed up for continuous service. The other option was to have someone come out to repair the area and we were told someone would contact us after the weekend to see what we'd like to do. No call. I've called three times since and e-mailed and I'm not getting any response. It's been 11 days. The voicemail greeting says they'll respond within 24 hours and the website says they have a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee and insurance to cover any property damage that may occur. I'm disappointed to find they don't follow through with the service they advertise. It's unfortunate it may take legal action to get a response from Mess Maid Right.

I am having the same difficulty with this business as are other people. I have called and emailed and they are VERY slow to respond (wouldn't even return my call even though the message on their machine states that my call is "very important to me". I bought an expensive Groupon and can't even get an appointment date. VERY FRUSTRATING.
