Wonderful!

Service was completed as expected. I had transfer paint on my vechile and they were able to get it off. They were able to use my award points so that I barely had to pay for anything. Love the free wash. Thanks for everything!

very pleased

This was my second time going to Landmark Ford in the last 6 months, and 3rd purchase. From the moment you pull in you're greeted with an open door, Jeff listened and put together a better option than I thought possible. Followed up with Bob in financial doing everything to get me the best deal. I was in a time crunch and trying to overcome a huge personal matter. I was treated with empathy, I was treated like a friend. I can't say thank you enough to everyone at ford for making this experience easy. Especially Jeff for patience and understanding. Great Service

LIKE IT ALWAYS IS (STEVE IN THE GOLD TEAM) TOOK CARE OF MY ISSUES AND HAD A CAR IN RENTAL RESERVED. tHE LADY IN RENTALS ALWAYS LISTEN AND TRIES TO GET ME THE CEGICLE I WANT. THE ONLY THING WAS THE RENTAL WAS DIRTY AND NEEDED A TUNE A UP. ITS ALWAYS A GOOD EXPEWREIENCE WITH THE gold TEAM

Awesome place

Jason was very helpful when I brought my '97 Crown Vic in for what I thought was a fairly minor problem with my turn signals not working. It turned out to be more complicated and costly than I anticpated. Jason did a good job of explaining what the problem was, what caused it, and why it would cost as much as the quote. He was very good at working with me to apply any discounts available for this service that was much appreciated. Also the two drivers for the Shuttle Service, Anthony in the eveing and Lyle in the AM, were very courteous, friendly and great representatives for Landmark. The repairs were completed earlier than expected and the turn signals work great. Thank You!

Nice place

Kent was absolutely delightful. Answered questions so I could understand the workings of the car.I am delighted to drive the CMAX Hybrid. Good gas mileage also.

Great Dealership

I have been bringing my truck to Landmark Ford since I purchased it in December 2014. James from the Blue Team has been very easy and great to deal with, is up front if anything needs to be done, and the staff at the service center are all very friendly and nice to work with.
