Wonderful!

Service was completed as expected. I had transfer paint on my vechile and they were able to get it off. They were able to use my award points so that I barely had to pay for anything. Love the free wash. Thanks for everything!

I am really enjoying working with Jared on the Green team. He seems to appreciate my concerns, keeps me well informed of service progress and proactively determines additional service needed. Mostly, he makes me feel like a valued customer, even though my primary dealings have been on a fleet vehicle. This was my second time going to Landmark Ford in the last 6 months, and 3rd purchase. From the moment you pull in you're greeted with an open door, Jeff listened and put together a better option than I thought possible. Followed up with Bob in financial doing everything to get me the best deal. I was in a time crunch and trying to overcome a huge personal matter.
