Our thoughts and emotions have a deep impact on our physical health and in achieving our goals. They can turn on or off the light to our inner true self.    Our  body needs to feel safe — emotionally and physically — to allow itself  to do the work it needs and wants to do.  When we feel well about ourself, believe in our wonderful abilities,  our goals can be reached.
