Bought a low built box van to use in Seattle area. After 5 months and it stalling on occasion local dealer found a fuel line problem relating to box install. Though not under Izuzu warranty and the bill to fix going over $1,300.00, FMI never hesitated to pay for the repairs that needed to be done. Greatly appreciated.

Swear to God they rent out these trucks to any idiot with a license just drove behind some f****** a****** for about 40 miles while he was lethargically coasting between my lane and the oncoming traffic lane. Despite having zero brain cells and flipping me off the "driver" was actually able to keep me from passing everytime a dashing yellow line would come around. If I were more violent I would've ripped him out of his truck and beat him into the pavement. Between braking in green lights and littering garbage the d******** never paid attention to the speed limit, only going as fast as he wanted to go. Pray to God this f****** doesn't reproduce or we might as well nuke ourselves. The only reason I'm not calling the company and complaining is because the rear license plate was folded up making it impossible to read unless you were on top of the vehicle. P*** poor excuse for a "driver", the company should be ashamed that they rent their trucks to people who resemble doorstops.

I'm the manager of an independent fleet maintenance shop, and I can tell you FMI's parts department is very helpful, and the staff work together like a family. Harry knows too much, and if he'd quit whining about his recent heart transplant and show up to work maybe he'd sell me more parts! We sent an 06 Isuzu diesel truck in for a warranty replacement of a fuel injector a few months ago and they completed the work the very next day. I've seen many of their body department's truck body installations and the quality of the wiring and use of excellent hydraulic pumps and other components really sets them apart from typical body installers. If you need parts or service on body equipment, the body department is also extremely helpful. Let me put it this way- Rey Reese Isuzu is 1 mile from my shop, and FMI is about 20 miles away, all the way across town. The 1st time I called FMI was the last day I used Rey Reese.
