I will give this hotel an extra star only because the front desk help would get 4 stars for being professional in their actions. My biggest complaint; at about 4 am the ice cream delivery company start their diesel trucks. They are parked less than 10 feet from the back hotel rooms. If you could stay in a room on the front of the building closer to the outdoor pool are probably the quietest room they have. House keeping seemed to do their job well and they were happy to help me with a request I had. As normal for most hotel/motels the A/c - Heater is as loud as a jet engine.

Nice place to Stay in Southeast Portland!

Clean Comfortable with a Great location . The hotel is a nice choice when in the area, close to many attractions . We will be back !
