Super friendly folks, Allan was great and very upfront with me.

We walked out of Dick Hannah with what we thought was a great deal on a 2009 used car with low miles. We even bought an extended warranty which we though would be prudent. It seemed like a great deal form what the sales person told us. We were wrong! The car's check engine light went on less than 3,000mi after driving it off of the lot. Everything is fine right because we have two warranties? Wrong! First of all the dealership sales staff told my wife that the car had a 1 year limited certified warranty via the dealership. That should cover some of the mechanical repair? Wrong! It has a warranty on ONLY the durable parts like windshield wiper blades and nothing mechanical in the car. This is LIE NUMBER ONE! Second we were told that our extended "bumper to bumper" 7 year, 75,000 mile warranty could be used at ANY dealership of the same make of the car IF we lived more than 50 mi from Dick Hannah. Well, we do live more than 50 miles from Dick Hannah and took it to a dealership for repair
