The customer service at DeWhitt Appliance is fantastic. We recently had an issue with a washing machine we'd purchased a month before. I called Dave who'd been our sales guy with some trepidation, because I'm used to retailers being really friendly before you make a purchase and then abandoning you immediately the paperwork is done. Dave was great. He listened and genuinely wanted to help us. The next thing I knew I had a voice mail from Brian the store owner.who had personally called me and had even left his cell phone number so that I could easily contact him. They really care at this store. Everyone I've met, from the sales people, to the technician, to the guys who deliver the appliances to your house, they want their customers to have the best possible experience, and they remain dedicated to that even after you've completed your purchase. I didn't have the pleasure of meeting Brian, but clearly he is setting the tone for such outstanding customer service. Thank you to everyone at DeWhitt.

I recently came to DeWhitt Appliance in need of a cooktop replacement. Some of the major challenges I faced were finding both the right style and size. I felt fortunate to have found DeWhitt by recommendation and to work with CJ on finding the right one. Through trial and tribulation we ultimately found the perfect selection but we would have never made it if it wasn't for the talent and professionalism of everyone I worked with and particularly for CJ's perseverance in ensuring I was completely satisfied. I highly recommend DeWhitt to my friends and family and will find my way back to their store as a happy repeat customer.

I have bought several appliances at DeWhitt's. Just today we bought a KitchenAid dishwasher and plan on buying an Electrolux stove and matching microwave. We really shop around and do a lot of research before buying. As opposed to other retailers the staff is well informed, tells us the pro's and con's of each appliance and really tries to understand our goals so they can make useful suggestions. I have never felt rushed or pressured while considering a purchase. C.J and Glen have both been patient and knowledgeable and are willing to shares with us other customer's experiences for reference. For a pleasant buying experience, try DeWhitt Appliance they truly are experts.

I sincerely hope you will think twice about using this retailer. I bought a Jenn-Aire induction stove top from DeWhitt which requires magnetic pots and pans in order to operate. Not having any, I chose to go with DeWhitt becuase they offered a 12 piece pot/ pan set as an incentive. I could never get them to give me the pot/pan set despite being told it would be 2 weeks from the sale. After almost 60 days, and multiple calls with management I finally got a used store set from them.



Management is the problem at this place not the sales staff (which was good). You would think in this age of big box retailers, the smaller local distributor would be more than willing to make the customer happy. Not at DeWhitt as can be attested to by other reviews here. Management told me that 60 days was not too long to wait for what they promised in 2 weeks! They would not return phone calls, and when I did speak with them they were bordering on rude and certainly inconsiderate of the fact that I had dropped $1400.00 on a stove top that was now an art piece in my kitchen. In the end it was my threat to have them come remove the stovetop and my offer to accept a used set of pans in lieu of what they owed me that allowed me to use my kitchen again.



I could never get to the bottom of the problem as to whether delivery was a Jenn-Air issue or a DeWhitt issue. Regardless, the correct answer was to give me a new set of pans and then go fix the problem with the delivery. Instead they chose to make their customer bear the brunt of the problem. The result is that I will never be a DeWhitt or Jenn-Aire customer again.

I was shopping all over town to try and save money and get the best deal. I felt almost as tired as spending the day shopping cars at diffrent car lots. When we arrived at Dewhitts, the sales staff was freindly and helpful and when we actually found the style of refrigerator, range and dishwasher we liked, we got the builder package price without alot of hassle and haggiling.



We got our appliances delivered and they look great! The delivery crew was polite and professional. We got a great price on our package and feel confident that Dewhitts will take care of us in the future. I would recomend this appliance store to all my freinds and family.
