I have rented from this company for 5 years and they have always been professional and taken care of repairs on a timely manner, They have worked with me and answer all my questions. They are not a huge company so there is a more personal service. I have recommended to my friends in the past.

I was told they would not set up a payment arrangement and I had to go to court. Well I did and the paperwork they sent over with their representative had the wrong rent amount listed so it appeared like I owed more money then I did. He then told me there was nothing he can do and instead of working within my means on the payment plan forced me to pay rent twice a month for 3 months! Didn’t care I have childcare and other bills to pay. Not to mention food and other essentials.

The man told me at that time that if I have a copy of my lease I can speak with Sara who handles payments and they will correct the amounts so I am not paying more then I owe. When I asked Sara I was told NO. I have to pay the amount on the order. She is unwilling to make the adjustment to correct their error or honor the word of their representative.

As soon as I am able I will be moving and will not be renting from this company again.
