Chris was a great sales person. Was not a pushy salesman. Treated us very well with our fifth wheel purchase and package and we are very happy with our fifth wheel so far. We would definitely recommend Chris as a salesman if you are in the market for a new RV

The sale person made me feel like I was bothering him as soon as I made the purchase. The trailer had and has lots of problems.The service department has been awesome at helping with the problems. The parts department has also been awesome to work with

After purchase of our new 2007 Outback trailer, things quickly went downhill when a minor service problem arose! Our RV began pooling water around the toilet early on. A warranty visit to Curtis resulted in a 'can't duplicate the complaint'. The problem continued, returned the RV again, only to hear 'can't duplicate the complaint' once again. The RV incurred further damage while in Curtis' care due to freezing temperatures, introduction of water during diagnosis, and poor communication regarding Winterization. Now RV also has cracked faucet at the outside galley. Took RV to an independent RV specialist who diagnosed the toilet issue within one hour! It seems Curtis doesnt want to do warranty work on RV's that they sell. Total bill; $391.00 to fix all. What should have been a quick, easy, inexpensive warranty repair, turned into a complete fiasco, thanks to the poor attitudes of the Curtis service department staff and management. WE WILL NEVER SPEND ANOTHER DIME AT CURTIS TRAILERS.

Left four messages over three days with the service department..no call back. Went to another dealer for service and purchased a new fifth wheel from them.

We have been looking for trailers for quite awhile, and finally got serious and bought one from Curtis in spring of 2006. We had to go smaller than I wanted, as we had to be sure the truck could pull it. It couldn't, so we upgraded the truck. My husband took the trailer on the job for a few months last year, and a month this year. This year he suddenly had "cabin fever"... the smallness was wearing on him (it had gotten to me already-I was frustrated with it early on). So this spring, we started looking for a larger trailer. We went straight to Curtis again, and worked with only Robby. We had it narrowed down to one on the lot, but decided to see if we could find a 5th wheel by the same company (they didn't have any, and none were coming in). We did finally find one in Eugene, which we fell in love with. Robby was very understanding of this. We weren't "just a sale"...he truely wanted us happy. We LOVE our new trailer and our friend we made at Curtis. Robby - You're GREAT!
