First-classBetter than mostAbout what I expectedNot the worst...Disappointing
I stayed there recently and despite the room and rate being adequate, I had to spend more time than I thought should be necessary to acquire my receipt. The gentleman at the desk when I checked out said he couldn't access the computer and he would have to e-mail me the receipt. He told several that morning the same thing as I stood and waited for the shuttle to the airport. Two weeks later I called and they said they would send it within a couple of hours. About six hours later I had to call back so I could meet the deadline of turning in my expenses. She said she would fax it over right away and I haven't received it yet so I'm assuming I'll have to make another call to them.
