Michelle has been passionate about cooking since she was a young child. The energy, love and creative challenges that are put into producing satisfying, quality meals are why she fell in love with cooking and decided to become a professional chef. A graduate of The Western Culinary Institute with honors, Michelle began her career working on internationally-bound private yachts. Creating gourmet meals while using indigenous ingredients from all over the world was a challenge that she thoroughly enjoyed and the results were truly noteworthy. Michelle was selected to serve as personal chef for Hollywood entertainer Bob Hope and his family.
