As someone who worked and volunteered for the Red Cross and American Heart Association for over 34 years, I was very happy to get this quality of training. Shawn is an expert trainer, her equipment is first rate, she understands the motivations of her students and the use of Internet and multi media education along with hands on is quite good. The only thing that could be better is the Internet training, as it cut off some of the words so it was difficult to see all of the answers on the quizzes.
