Mr. Hall and his crew were very friendly and helpful. The shop was recommended by 2 different parties. Mr. Hall was an expert with handling my insurance agency. The repairs were completed in a timely manner. My car looked better than before the accident. I can see why both individuals recommended this shop. I will recommend all of my family and friends to take their vehicles to Bill Hall Body and Frame from now on. He even had one of his employees help me transfer all of my kid stuff from the rental car! The previous review must be a mistake, I cannot imagine someone having that experience with this particular shop. Thank you Mr. Hall and crew!

Bill Hall is not a nice man. I took my car to his shop on recomendation from another shop. The car was at his shop for 3 days and I didnot hear a word either way on what was going on with the car. I called on day 3 to get an update. Bill yelled at me, saying he was contacting the insurance company and its not his fault. I never raised my voice or got mad at Bill. I work in the customer service industry, and believe me, Mr. Hall does not have it. He answers his work phone, hello? At a place of business. I identified myself and car and just asked for an update or if he had any info, he yelled back about the insurance company. I said that is fine, I'd just like to know what is going on. I was hoping to continue driving my car while waiting for the insurance.(( I was driving it before, just fine.)) He yelled at me, saying this is not his fault. I advised him I never said it was. I would just like to cut down on the cost of my rental - until insurance can cover the work that needs to be done. He yelled FINE. DO WHAT YOU WANT. I'LL PUT YOUR BUMPER ON AND CHARGE YOU FOR WHAT WE'VE DONE. I advised he hasnt done anything to the car, but take the bumper off. He yells again, FINE. DO WHAT YOU WANT. and hung up on me. Really? Because that is the way to handle situations. I was referred to him by a trusted and loved shop; who couldnt do the work. I am extremely dissappointed with Bill Hall and would highly highly HIGHLYrecomend you go elsewhere. My car his being held hostage at his shop at this very moment. Horrible way to treat a new customer, who is already dealing with a lot after a big car incident. Thanks Bill. Love you too.
