I called to get an estimate and was told I could get one same day if I emailed pictures. The next day I still had not heard and sent another email. Then I gave up and called and was told that it was too hard but someone could come out in a week and give an estimate. I asked if the estimate would be given same day as the day they came out and was told it would. The estimator came out and asked no questions of what we wanted and did not give us any options of what we could get. I asked when we would have the estimate and was told they never give same day, it would be 1-2 days, 3 days at the latest for the estimate. Here we are at 3+ days with no estimate. I don't even know what kind of door they are going to write up for the estimate or if I will actually ever get one.They clearly don't know their business, do not manage customer expectations, do not communicate, do not keep their committments and have terrible customer service.
