We purchased a turkey dinner for Thanksgiving. It was so bad we threw it away! We both got sick. We even heated it up per directions. I knew I should have cooked myself but, we didn't have family this year. It would be great if Tom actually did something about it.

We love the fact that Tom's has so many items, just like Meijers but so much closer! Hardware, garden center, deli & bakery, Biggby, Little Caesars, Video rental, drive-up pharmacy, .....The list of services is long! The service is great. We are fortunate to have a store such as Tom's in our community.

Some of the sales are good deals. This store has the market cornered in a small town area. The owner, Tom and his son Steve, have NO people skills what so ever. They do not train the employees to have any customer service or appreciation skills. You might luck out and just get an employee that has these skills of there own, but they did not learn them by example from Tom or Steve. Steve will just ignore you and everyone, and Tom is down right rude. A lot of people from the area are aware of this, and most will shop at the local Meijer's for the majority of there shopping. Its a large store, with big city "Non" customer service and employee appreciation in a nice small community.
