Richard and Jean Murphy are a husband and wife team who devote their whole life to searching for their clients. They were open, honest, and thorough. They did a great job of finding houses that met our criteria, and suggesting good houses we would not have considered. They helped us get answers to all our questions from the owners and their agent. They pointed out problems (like a bad roof) that we would not have recognized. I can't imagine anyone more knowledgeable and more accessible for someone searching for the right house.
