I admitted my son to this facility a little over a week ago. They charged me $3000 for admittance by calling me and asking me for my credit card number. I didn't sign anything or even make a verbal agreement at that time. My son left the facility five days ago, but they never even bothered to call me and inform me of that. I asked for a partial credit of the money I paid and they tried to throw HIPAA rules at me. They refuse to give me any credit even though they did less than nothing for my son's problem, and didn't even have the common courtesy to let me know that he had left their care.

I would not recommend sending anyone with drug problems to this facility unless you enjoy throwing money away.
