We will provide you with the invoice from the supply house for the materials and equipment required to retro fit new HVAC equipment for your home. You will be billed the face value of the quote from the supplier. If your home is in the city limits, requires a permit, and inspection by a city inspector you will be provided a copy of that permit and its cost. You will pay the face value of the permit. The labor fee charged by our company is per component replaced. We charge $700.00 per component. Your home air conditioning system is made up of 3 components for a "split system." An air conditioning condenser (The outdoor unit) A heating furnace (The unit in the attic, gas heat) An Air Handler (The unit in the attic, electric heat) There are other types of air conditioning and heat systems and are charged in the same manner.
