If your planning anything wedding or related don't go here! The supplies were limited and not much to choose from. Everything looked old. There was a guy doing inventory and I made a comment to him that the selection looks horrible and he agreed. I don't think he was an employee with Party City must have been outsourced.



I saw a bunch of kids putting out Halloween costumes! Imagine that we just celebrated 4th of July people!

I Have Parties All The Time For Friends And Family. I Love That This Store Has Everything I Need. Lots Of Themes For Boy And Girls, Little On The Expensive Side But Is Not A Problem For Me Aslong They Have What I'm There For. Employees Are Very Helpfull, They Show You Where Items Are. I Definitely Doing My Shopping Here Again For Future Parties.

What a joke..I bought an inflatable costume for my son and when I put the batteries in it the fan didn't work. I called they hung up on me twice, the third time they didn't say anything but I could hear music so I thought I was on hold...I drove all the way there 13 minutes from my house stillon hold. When I arrived the manager Sebastian was rude and had an attitude, he told me he would exchange it for another costume, they were so picked over I asked for 12 different boys costume and they were out of stock. The manager was extremely rude, he refused to even give me a store credit, said that is there policy. DO NOT SHOP HERE THIS STORE IS NOT PART OF THE FRANCISE AND THEY HAVE THERE OWN POLICY. I called another store and they said they managment should have given me a refund on a defective costume, and said they have the same problem trying to call that store. Like I said the manager is a joke, not sure how he has that job not professional at all. He told me they were to busy to answer the phone but the hour I was there he was standing at the front of the store looking at the people walk out along with the security guard. This store is privately owned and the owners make the rules and the manger has a power trip.
