Last contracting job Joe did for me back in 2015 went horribly wrong. After having completed half of the job Joe failed to show up or call. Three weeks later, after I called and text Joe numerous times, he returned my call to explain he had a serious health situation and that he could not complete the job. He suggested I contact another contractor on my own to complete the job. He received full payment for the job and only 50% of the work was completed. I asked him for a refund of approx. $1600.00. He informed me he couldn't refund me the money. I had to pay another contractor $3460.00 to complete the work. In addition the 6 new Anderson windows Joe installed were installed wrong. The new contractor had to redo them. Very unhappy with the outcome. Joe is a very pleasant person in general but unreliable and uncommunicative and needs to brush up on his knowledge of the trade.

I'd be happy to give "Joe" a 4 or 5 star ratting if he came back and corrected the flaws in his work. Steve
