Since our humble beginnings, we have grown to acquire a loyal base of returning customers. We have done this through quality workmanship and friendly service. It began in 1937 when Wayne Stratton joined his sister Alice and brother-in-law Harry Cissell and the business became C & S. In 1971, Mike Stratton joined his father in the family business. Today, you will find Mike at work beside two of his five daughters, Alyssa Idsinga and April Rutter. Mike\ u2019s wife Marnee and all five daughters have been involved in the business at various times.

Thanks, C & S Tire! When I was in Portales driving a university athletic team the bus had a low tire. I called and took it to C & S Tire. They found a nail in it but worse it was worn badly so they put the spare on and didn’t even charge for their service. In Portales, NM the place to go for tire service is C & S Tire!
